Pinknode’s private fundraising has been a great success, attracting over US$31 million in investment interest.
Pinknode’s private round of investment has now been closed and we are pleased to announce that we have received US$700,000 in investor funding. Pinknode’s CEO, Eric, expressed his gratitude, “We are humbled by and grateful for the generous support and trust showed by our investors. In the next quarter of 2021, we aim to do our VC investors proud by bringing Pinknode closer to its goal.”
Our investors included Astronaut Capital, Moonrock Capital, Petrock Capital, Momentum 6, X21 Digital, Signum Capital, Faculty Capital, Digital Strategies, AU21 Capital, White Palm Ventures, Das Kapital and Eric Wang from Parity Technologies. We received an overwhelming US$31 million in total initial investment open interest, 44x oversubscribed. Pinknode’s investment partners were chosen based on our collaborative compatibility and their faith in Pinknode’s potential to revolutionise development on Polkadot.

After we finalised our corporate structuring and commenced with the development of our MVP, our private sale commenced. In our private round, 28 million PNODE tokens were exchanged for US$700,000. Given that our total PNODE token supply is capped at 200 million, the PNODE tokens sold in our private round make up 14% of our total supply. The PNODE round token price was marked at $0.025.
